Research & Development

WHAT sparked the idea for Flourish?

Flourish evolved as the result of personal experiences between 2011-2016, while earning a B.A. in Integrative Studies at Salem College as a non-traditional (adult) student. â€‹Discernment around these experiences shifted my vocational trajectory from academia to a specific area of the non-profit sector.

WHY was Flourish created?

Flourish was created to economic mobility through an Asset-Based Community Development Model focused on whole-person, instead of exclusively financial, wellness.
